OUR STORY
MEET THE SCHMUCKER FAMILY!
We moved to East Texas in the fall of 2019 to live closer to family, while we pursue our dream of ranching. We have spent most of our lives working in camping ministry but have always desired to become full time ranchers. After years of raising cattle, then taking them to the sale barn we decided to go in a different direction and become a private labeled beef provider. We are located just outside of Van, TX, which is about an hour east of Dallas and near towns such as Tyler, Canton, Lindale, Athens, Terrell, Longview, and Forney.
We attend Church in Ben Wheeler, TX and enjoy fishing, traveling, and eating Mexican food!
Our future goal is to own a fully operating cattle ranch that provides quality beef to our community but will also serve as a base to a discipleship training program for teens and young adults. We trust that God's glory will be declared and displayed in our work as we pursue Him as a family! We are excited to be working towards the goals we feel God has called us to as we live in Van Zandt County and get to know and serve the people of East Texas!

Individual Beef Cuts
We offer individual beef cuts such as T-bone, Ribeye, Porterhouse, Sirloin, Roasts, Cubed Steaks, Brisket, Ribs, Ground Beef, and more.
The grocery store is not the only place to buy beef any more. We have a store room on our property so that you can conveniently access quality grass fed grain finished beef any time, in any quantity.
Bulk Orders
We also offer quarter, half, or whole beef as a buying option. If you have a large family or simply enjoy a freezer full of meat then this is the option for you! We work with local meat processors and do all the leg work of dropping off and picking up for you!
